VERIZON: Arrival
In 2019, Verizon said 5G would change everything. Then 2020 happened, and everything changed.
All of a sudden, connectivity was at the center of how we worked, lived, and experienced the world around us. More relevant to our lives than ever before.
We knew that no one but Verizon could bring this story to life, because we had seen it develop first hand through the network. And we wanted to share that vision with CES.
Ultimately, this view of connectivity told a larger story of what had changed in 2020, and what was suddenly possible.
PROCESS
Inspired by the melding of humanity and technology, we created a new visual language for connectivity out of real 5G data.
We used inputs of cities, traffic, telemedicine, classroom learning, and live events, and reimagined them through a two hour mixed media event, livestreamed to millions and filmed in one take on an XR stage in Los Angeles.
Through this new visual language, we were able to peek inside the network for the first time. And, in doing so, helped to build a new imagination for the power of 5G.
